Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for business innovation and sustainability workstreams.
- Conduct financial modeling, market research, and landscape scans to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and launch revenue-sharing partnerships with affiliates and external mission-aligned innovators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in complex program management and financial analysis.
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and familiarity with FemTech or startup landscapes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
