What you’ll be doing:
- Manage client verification efforts with consistent communication to ensure compliance.
- Deliver data-driven presentations on business impact using Tableau and Excel.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities with sales team.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
