Role Overview:

  • As a Product Expert for Veeva Compass, you will be the primary relationship owner and support champion for a group of customers.
  • You will be responsible for customer onboarding, training, and ongoing value creation using Compass products.
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about data and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead customer engagements as primary contact from contracting onward.
  • Act as liaison between customers and Veeva teams to address needs and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Create collateral such as user guides, training presentations, and feature briefs.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in customer-facing role at consulting or health tech firm or analytical role at life sciences company.
  • Deep understanding of life sciences use cases and commercial data landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multi-layered relationships.
