Primary Responsibilities:
- Deals directly with internal and external customers via telephone and electronic channels to obtain missing information for test sample processing.
- Supports Sales team with account setup, kit orders, and order tracking, and responds promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Documents all interactions, escalates issues as needed, and maintains knowledge of genetic tests and HIPAA policies.
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent required; two- or four-year degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of prior customer service experience; multi-lingual skills are a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce CRM platform, with excellent attention to detail.
