Utility Consultant

Role Overview:

• Lead post-sale consulting engagements to guide clients through onboarding and configuration of Entrata's utility products.
• Configure software based on client workflows to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain subject matter expertise through platform certification and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot implementation challenges, document findings, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Operations and Fulfillment to ensure seamless project handoff.
• Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 2 years in software implementation or utility billing.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
• Proficient in Google Suite and capable of learning new platforms quickly.
