Duck Creek QA Analyst (Cloud Migration)

Role Overview:

• Focus on ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of insurance technology solutions during cloud migration and system upgrades.
• Work with Duck Creek OnDemand, Active Delivery, and Policy modules to validate complex insurance workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, API testing with Postman, and batch/integration testing.
• Lead UAT and manage the defect lifecycle across platforms.
• Validate rating accuracy, billing, and claims processes for U.S. P&C insurance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of QA experience with strong API testing skills.
• Hands-on Duck Creek OnDemand, Active Delivery, and Policy module expertise.
• Knowledge of U.S. P&C insurance, including personal and commercial lines.
