Junior Options Trader

Trading & Risk Support:

• Assist in monitoring and managing risk across our options books.
• Help maintain orderly books checking positions, PnL, exposures.
• Execute trades and adjust positions according to desk playbooks and senior trader instructions.

Research & Strategy Development:

• Support research into options and volatility strategies.
• Work with historical and real-time data to analyze performance.
• Help maintain and refine models used by the desk.

Collaboration & Tooling:

• Work closely with quant developers and engineers to improve pricing, risk, and execution tooling.
• Help specify and test new features to trading systems.
• Communicate clearly with other desks when strategies or flows overlap.
