Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Data Engineer to own and evolve Form Health’s modern data platform as we transition from a managed vendor to in-house data operations. This role is critical to scaling our analytics and operational reporting capabilities as we rapidly grow our patient base, and will ensure we have a robust, reliable, and compliant data foundation. The position will report directly to our Data & AI Lead, and will partner closely with product, analytics, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high-quality data pipelines and models, and to integrate new data sources at scale. Own the end-to-end data platform managing ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines across internal, third-party, and healthcare data sources into Snowflake, targeting >99% uptime and accuracy. Design, implement, and optimize dbt models to support analytics, reporting, and operational workflows. Integrate new data sources using tools such as Fivetran, Meltano and Segment. Develop ingestion pipelines for healthcare data exchange standards to reliably process and normalize EHR and HIE data.
