The Senior Data Engineer role requires at least 6 years' experience and solid knowledge of Azure. Strong skills in Databricks, DBT, Fivetran, and Airflow are essential, as is experience in an agile environment and good English knowledge.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure, enabling HR and People Analytics teams to access, analyze, and act on workforce data efficiently. Requires deep expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and engineering best practices, ensuring high-quality, reliable people data for decision-making across the organization; you will work closely with internal HR Business Partners and Data Scientists.

Deliver value to internal stakeholders by understanding their business processes and owning solutions across the entire data chain. You'll own critical parts of our data infrastructure, design and build our product analytics pipeline, and make our AI-powered product more robust. You'll also build foundations for data team excellence and contribute to team growth.
