UI Designer

We’re looking for a UI Designer with strong UI design skills and hands-on experience working with design systems. In this role, you'll lead the creation, contribute to and maintain a scalable, high-quality system in close partnership with our engineering team, supported by the product design team. Your work will ensure consistency, usability, and visual excellence across our learning platforms. As UI Designer you will evolve and document our Figma-based component library, tokens, and style guidelines to drive visual consistency at scale. You will understand the requirements from stakeholders and lead the team in building a design system for internal learning platforms and marketing sites. Also, you will create responsive layouts, interaction states, and micro-animations that balance usability and aesthetics. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and content teams to translate requirements into elegant UI solutions. Plan and execute basic usability testing, heuristic reviews, and rapid prototypes to iterate on decisions. Champion WCAG-compliant practices and maintain pixel-perfect specs for seamless hand-offs to development.
