About the Role:
- EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to build a cleaner, more distributed energy future.
- We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join a growing Finance team at an exciting moment in our evolution.
- You'll own key pieces of our close process and financial reporting, serving as the accounting point of contact across both teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead EnergyHub's month-end close process — journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Review and evaluate contracts for revenue recognition under ASC 606.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience in a public company environment.
- Strong communicator able to explain technical standards in plain language.
