Senior Designer

This individual will lead the creative direction for Decile Group’s brand and product experiences; design compelling visuals for web, product, and marketing campaigns; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging visual assets. You will be creating powerful SaaS and AI experiences for the VC community, developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints, and testing and iterating on design concepts based on feedback and data. This position will require you to inspire and mentor other team members on design best practices and stay ahead of design trends to keep our brand fresh and impactful.
