Director of User Experience Design

User Experience Design Director:

• Lead the design, prototyping, and evaluation of the overall usability of Northbeam’s products.
• Work with cross-functional team to conceptualize, design, develop, deliver, and iterate on projects.
• Interface directly with clients to understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong UX/UI vision for the Northbeam platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs to communicate how the Northbeam product should function.
• Mentor other designers and nurture partnerships with brand and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence.
• Expert-level knowledge of industry design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive UX experience working in a B2B business with enterprise customers.
