The Growth Marketing Manager will execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive learner acquisition, including referral program management, review collection campaigns, and rapid-response marketing efforts. They will design and launch targeted experiments to test new acquisition channels, messaging approaches, and conversion optimization strategies. This role involves partnering with various teams to accelerate strategic projects and providing operational support, as well as tracking and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategy. The Growth Marketing Manager will report directly to Managing Director of Growth Marketing and works primarily with communications, growth, and admissions teams across Merit America.
