Job Description
The Surety Scheduling Consultant will:
- Interface with clients and project representatives.
- Serve as liaison for clients with owners, contractors, and other professionals.
- Represent JS Held and its clients in a professional manner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining CPM schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Reviewing change orders, contracts, and other construction documents.
- Maintaining required file work, quality standards, project documentation, and deliverables.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years of CPM construction scheduling experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes of commercial construction projects.
- Ability to communicate and work within a team setting.
