Surety Scheduling Consultant (Vertical Construction)

The Surety Scheduling Consultant will:

• Interface with clients and project representatives.
• Serve as liaison for clients with owners, contractors, and other professionals.
• Represent JS Held and its clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining CPM schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Reviewing change orders, contracts, and other construction documents.
• Maintaining required file work, quality standards, project documentation, and deliverables.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 5 years of CPM construction scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes of commercial construction projects.
• Ability to communicate and work within a team setting.
