Quality Assurance Associate

As a Quality Assurance Associate for Nutrafol, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day quality assurance activities, to ensure dietary supplement QA GMP compliance in an exciting, growing company. You will bring expertise and experience in the dietary supplement category and have strong knowledge and experience in executing QA GMP processes and procedures. As QA associate, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end QA support that will help grow and protect the business. Responsibilities include supporting the Product Quality Complaint Program by processing and reviewing complaints, creating investigation summaries, trending data, identifying CAPAs, and working with suppliers and Customer Service. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Product Release Program by Processing and Reviewing Certificates of Analysis and Conformances. You will also support the Supplier Qualification Program by maintaining supplier certificates and FDA registrations. Assist as needed in day-to-day QA GMP compliance activities to protect the brand while driving growth ambition.
