Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the FlyFlat product experience across both client-facing and internal tools. This is a highly hands-on role where you will own the design process end-to-end, from strategic exploration and user research to detailed interaction design and polished UI. You will work directly with FlyFlat’s leadership, collaborating across Product, Growth, Sales, Operations, and Concierge teams. Lead design across FlyFlat’s booking platform and internal tools, owning the full design lifecycle from discovery to polished UI. Conduct user research and testing to inform product direction and iterate on solutions. Translate complex systems into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Develop and maintain a coherent design system and visual identity across all touchpoints.
