Runway Engineer

As a Runway Engineer, your role involves structural design and support for crane runway systems, primarily engineering these systems and generating detailed design drawings when needed. You'll also support the team as a structural expert. Responsibilities include performing engineering calculations to compute stresses in crane runway structures, evaluating the static/dynamic strength and fatigue life, using software like RISA 3D, and validating calculations. Knowledge of ASCE, IBC codes, and seismic conditions is essential. You'll also support customers and team members, troubleshooting issues during installation, commissioning, or warranty periods, and occasionally assist sales during quotation phases. Your expertise will contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This position offers the flexibility of completely remote work, and candidates not residing in Wisconsin will be considered.
