Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founding team to design and build the world’s best management training solution, powered by state-of-the-art AI models.
• Produce high-quality software with minimal bugs, clean code, and lasting architecture.
• Serve as a role model as we build the best culture in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Ship quality code quickly and have a history of shipping projects from conception to execution.
• Have informed architectural opinions and be flexible when others disagree.
• Be familiar with TypeScript and ready to work with our stack such as NextJS / PostgreSQL.
