Senior Developer (Python + UIPath)

As an Automation Developer at CI&T, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions that enhance our operational efficiency. You will primarily leverage UIPath products for standard orchestrations, AI, and agentic automation, and will also develop processes using Python. A strong understanding of Git for source control is essential. This role requires a high degree of independence, as you will be expected to drive projects with minimal oversight, contributing significantly to our small but impactful team. Key Responsibilities include monitoring existing automation orchestrations, handling bug fixes, designing and implementing automation solutions, writing and maintaining automation scripts in Python, utilizing Git for source control, conducting testing, managing the full lifecycle of automation projects independently, and collaborating with stakeholders.
