Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Conduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active student status (under age of 25 can be also passive)
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
- Advanced skills in Excel (including macros) and Power BI
