Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes.
- Manage deferred taxes, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
- Partner with global finance teams to ensure timely filing of tax returns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. federal, state, and international income tax.
- Strong technical expertise in ASC 740, U.S. international tax provisions, and compliance.
