Responsibilities:
- Define scalable UX patterns for trading, accounts, KYC, and performance tracking
- Lead the redesign and modernisation of Breakout’s core web and mobile experiences
- Simplify complex financial and trading concepts into clear, fast, and legible interfaces
Skills:
- 7+ years of product design experience, including time operating at a senior or staff level
- Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy, or technical products (fintech, trading, SaaS, or similar)
- Strong product thinking — able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Nice to Haves:
- Trading or crypto experience, or familiarity with financial markets and trading workflows
- Experience working on professional tools or power-user products
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
