Job Description
Lead the product experience that helps customers get to value quickly, including onboarding flows, guided configuration, and environment readiness checks reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management. Define and lead customer health metrics across the product (coverage, data ingestion, configuration correctness, efficacy). Partner with engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and solutions to reduce friction in deployment and ongoing operations. Identify where customers struggle in adoption and instrument the product so teams can detect bottlenecks before they become blockers. Develop the roadmap for platform health, onboarding experiences, guidance, and proactive issue detection.
