Lead Insurance Data Scientist - P&C

About the Role:

• The Data Scientist will apply analytical rigor to real business challenges and develop technology-enabled solutions for P&C insurance.
• This role is part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, focusing on data analysis, visualization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, integrate, cleanse, and manage data from insurance sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and develop analytical solutions using statistical methods and programming tools.
• Create dashboards and reporting assets to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of actuarial or data science experience in insurance brokerage.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
