Role:
- Perform quantitative analyses supporting actuarial functions including financial forecasting, reserving, pricing, and risk adjustment.
- Develop and maintain analytical models using SQL, Python, and statistical methods on large healthcare datasets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven recommendations and improve operational performance.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare finance, analytics, or actuarial work; at least one SOA exam passed.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with Python, R, or BI platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex analyses into business insights.
