Role:

  • Develop and execute a customer insights strategy, leveraging AI-driven tools.

  • Conduct complex analyses to surface actionable insights on member behavior and solution performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Translate product, clinical, and health economic data into compelling ROI narratives and tailored client deliverables.
  • Conduct complex analyses to surface actionable insights on member behavior and solution performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to surface opportunities, inform priorities, and advance the strategic impact of the customer insights function.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, or a related role combining data analysis with client-facing or business strategy responsibilities.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance analytical workflows and insight generation.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end analyses using SQL and Python
