Director of Quality Assurance

As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead our QA strategy and build a world-class program. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll be responsible for establishing QA processes, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our insurance software solutions are reliable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise in a fast-paced startup environment. You will develop and execute comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmap. Responsibilities include building and scaling the QA organization, establishing quality metrics, and collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance teams. You will also design and implement automated testing frameworks, oversee test planning, and ensure comprehensive testing of data accuracy and performance, while managing risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to product quality.
