We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major insurance carriers. You will own the end-to-end implementation process and timeline—from kickoff to go-live—and serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap. You will also manage risks and build partner roadmaps.

As a Backend Software Engineer II on the Origination Group Engineering Team, collaborate with Enrollment Product Managers, Underwriters, and external partners to develop solutions for our digital life insurance enrollment experience. Work with teams across Bestow to execute the product roadmap, using Python, Java, and Drools Rule Language. Contribute to building new platform capabilities that scale with our business.
