We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Implementation team and play a critical role in delivering data-driven solutions to some of the largest names in the insurance industry. This is a hands-on, strategic role that sits at the intersection of business needs and technical execution. This role requires a proactive, highly organized self-starter who can handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities with precision.

Lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major insurance carriers. This role is a critical part of our partner delivery team, helping our Enterprise partners unlock the full value of our SaaS platform through efficient, scalable, and high-quality implementations. Own the end-to-end implementation process and timeline—from kickoff to go-live—and serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders.

As a Staff Software Engineer, Life & Annuity Specialist on the Engineering team, you will develop and support solutions for complex cash-value insurance products, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Variable Universal Life (VUL), and annuities. You will collaborate with teams across Bestow to plan and execute the product roadmap for these sophisticated financial products.
