Lead Data Analyst, Operations Analytics - Quality

As a Lead Data Analyst for Operations Analytics with a dedicated focus on Quality, you will play a critical role in supporting our Quality organization and ensuring compliance within Board of Pharmacy and FDA-regulated pharmacy operations. This role is focused on building trusted data solutions that improve quality monitoring, compliance visibility, and process efficiency across Hims & Hers’ operations. You will work closely with stakeholders in Quality, Dispense & Fulfillment, Operations Assurance, Compounding, Supply Chain, and Operations Finance to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Your expertise will enable the Quality team to identify trends, proactively address risks, and drive continuous improvement in compliance and patient safety. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Operations Analytics, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes growth, rigor, and innovation. The role will serve as the dedicated analytics partner for the Quality team, ensuring alignment with FDA and pharmacy compliance requirements, own the accuracy, completeness, and compliance readiness of operational quality data, as well as maintain dashboards and reports.
