Senior AI Platform Engineer

As a Senior AI Platform engineer at Vanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping Vanta’s AI offerings, improving our systems, and setting the long-term technical strategy for our end-to-end AI architecture. You’ll be part of the core AI team, working alongside a multidisciplinary group of product engineers, machine learning engineers, product managers, and security and compliance experts to implement, scale, and maintain pipelines and systems that accelerate AI innovations. In this role, you’ll build solid infrastructure foundations and high-leverage AI developer tools that empower Vanta’s AI engineers to effectively deliver high-quality AI products. Your responsibilities include teaming up with AI product engineering teams to deliver foundational AI solutions, working closely with other engineers to understand their pain points in AI development, designing, building, and improving AI infrastructure and tooling, making effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, and setting an example for effective, collaborative engineering culture.
