Sr. Analytics Manager

As a Sr. Analytics Manager, you will own the data strategy and Business Intelligence function within our analytics team, serving as a trusted partner to stakeholders across multiple departments. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality self-service tools that empower teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will also enable our analytics team to drive the development of never-before seen insights. From building dashboards to training and supporting power users, you’ll ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable across the organization. In this role, you’ll also shape and execute our broader data strategy, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities to improve performance and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with Analytics and Data Engineering on the roadmap, drive automation to eliminate manual tasks, and safeguard sensitive information with HIPAA-compliant security standards. You’ll play a key role in guiding the evolution of our reporting infrastructure through transitions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adoption while minimizing disruption.
