Your responsibilities include creating project strategies for on-time and on-budget execution, managing project-related data, and coordinating internal resources. You will foster a positive client relationship by serving as their main contact, clarifying project requirements, and managing expectations. You will also monitor project budgets and communicate any potential issues to agency leadership.
Your day-to-day will involve leading internal and external project meetings, advocating for both the client and Maestro, and partnering with the Strategy team to align the project with desired outcomes. Crucially, you will educate clients on the project process, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships. You will also track and handle out-of-scope requests and review project deliverables prior to client delivery, contributing to a high level of quality and satisfaction.
