Responsibilities:
- Design and build internal platforms, services, and tools that support CI/CD, automation, and software delivery.
- Drive the product lifecycle of the development platform and improve developer workflows and usability.
- Participate in incident response, production support, and operational improvements.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years as a full-stack software engineer delivering large-scale distributed web applications.
- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
- Proven ability to mentor, communicate, and act as a strategic technical leader.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $145,000 – $160,000 plus retirement contribution and paid leave.
