Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to set team goals and ensure OKRs are achieved.
- Translate the product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation and continuous improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and product behaviors.
Technical Competencies:
- At least 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience within fintech, crypto, or other highly regulated financial services.
- High level of technical fluency, including understanding of backend operational systems and API integrations.
Non-Technical Competencies:
- Driven by performance measurement and analytical with strong business acumen.
- Strong prioritization skills under pressure and comfortable making decisions.
- A strong communicator, able to explain technical ideas in business-friendly language.
