Executive Director, National Director of Field Medical

Job Overview:

• The National Director role is a field-based, non-promotional medical and scientific leadership role.
• Responsible for leading a national disease area field medical team comprised of MSLs and RMLs.
• Accountable for successful execution of the team’s field medical strategic plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and translate medical strategies into field medical initiatives.
• Define external stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy.
• Develop and ensure execution of scientific communication plans.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with roles of increasing complexity.
• Experience managing and developing high performing team(s) required.
