Qualifications:

10+ years of applicable experience in a similar role preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Advanced CAD software skills and proficiency in Excel with AutoCAD or GIS integration.

Work Set Up:

Remote position with a shift schedule of 6 am to 3 pm PHT.
Requires strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to mentor a CAD technician team.
