Archaeologist IV

Overview:

• Dudek is an employee-owned firm supporting nationwide clients in environmental and infrastructure projects.
• The Archaeologist IV will lead complex cultural resource management projects as a technical expert.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements advanced field survey methodologies using technologies like GIS, LiDAR, and remote sensing.
• Conducts high-level statistical and geospatial analysis, develops predictive models, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Mentors junior staff, provides technical training, and supports business development through proposals.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years experience in archaeological fieldwork and CRM, including 5+ years leading fieldwork.
• Advanced degree in Archaeology or related field, meeting Secretary of the Interior Standards.
• Strong technical writing and mentoring skills, experience with tribal consultation.
