Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain audit-ready real estate records and tracking tools for pipeline data accuracy.
- Serve as primary point of contact for landowner counterparties on administrative matters.
- Order and track title commitments and ALTA/NSPS surveys across active portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate coordination, land administration, title/curative support, or related roles.
- Working familiarity with real estate documents, title concepts, and survey deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Sheets; basic GIS knowledge is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $130,000-$150,000 per year.
