Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit lease abstracts and ensure data accuracy in database systems.
- Maintain lease files and process client-specific reporting requirements.
- Communicate with property managers, clients, landlords, and vendors to manage lease administration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred with 2+ years of database administration or commercial real estate experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and property management software such as VISUAL LEASE, YARDI, or MRI.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documents.
