Responsibilities:
- Receive and set up new projects/assignments across multiple systems ensuring accuracy.
- Manage and update project details, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain statuses and billing.
- Provide employees with system access, answer calls, and respond to project setup email requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of administrative or insurance-related experience.
- Proven background in accurate data entry, data management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication.
Additional Information:
- Must reside in the US Eastern time zone and support occasional evenings/weekends during high-volume periods.
