Summary:
- This role combines data management, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.
- The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in data entry or account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update master data records for customer accounts with a focus on precision and turnaround time.
- Investigate record issues, identify missing information, and troubleshoot data problems.
- Work across multiple business applications including Salesforce and Excel.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or account setup requiring speed and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
