Summary:

  • This role combines data management, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update master data records for customer accounts with a focus on precision and turnaround time.
  • Investigate record issues, identify missing information, and troubleshoot data problems.
  • Work across multiple business applications including Salesforce and Excel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or account setup requiring speed and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
