Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage landowner relationships for long-term land agreements
- Obtain fully executed documents such as leases, purchases, and easements
- Implement land acquisition campaigns and negotiate contracts
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years land acquisition experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven sales and account management experience
Working Conditions:
- 25% office work, 75% field visits to landowner and customer sites
- Travel up to 75% of work time
- Must be based in Northeast US
