Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source land and power opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities.
Collaborate with senior acquisition personnel to move qualified opportunities.

Required Experience:

1 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
Strong prospecting skills and deal-making mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
