Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, land management, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition or development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer relationships.

Skills/Attributes:

  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-value land contracts.
  • Skilled in solving team disagreements, promoting cooperation.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work aggressively in a competitive environment.
