About The Role:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, land management, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition or development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer relationships.

- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-value land contracts.
- Skilled in solving team disagreements, promoting cooperation.
