Responsibilities:
- Manage all title matters including preliminary searches, proforma negotiations, and obtaining required endorsements and policies.
- Commission and review ALTA surveys and cure title issues for policy issuance.
- Manage outside resources such as consultants and legal for lease preparation and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of real estate paralegal or title company experience.
- At least 8 years with title and survey work, leasing, and real estate transactions.
- Paralegal certificate required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with standard business hours and up to 15% travel.
- Professional office setting with low to moderate noise levels.
