Job Description
OleOle is looking for a hands-on technical leader to help architect the future of their decentralized football superapp. The CTO will design and lead development of the native Rust backend, integrate and manage real-time messaging infrastructure, oversee the Solana-based OleX token, and build the backend framework for AI-powered features. This is a role for a startup-seasoned CTO who thrives in a high-risk, high-reward environment and is comfortable working for deferred compensation until funding closes.
