- The last comprehensive mapping was in 2013/14; customer base has grown from 8,400 to 38,511 accounts.
Objectives:
- Establish a complete, accurate, geo-referenced register of assets and customer connections.
- Train KACWASCO staff to maintain the database after handover.
Scope:
- Map water and sewer networks, customer connections, and water points.
- Identify water losses and reconcile field data with billing systems.
Deliverables:
- Updated GIS database, asset register, and standard operating procedures.
- Final technical report and training materials for sustainability.
