Sit within the Education & Enablement team, working closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, and other teams.
Provide ongoing technical enablement for strategic customers across Latin America.

What You'll Do:

Lead onboarding kickoff calls and coordinate onboarding activities.
Deliver live onboarding sessions, technical training, and workshops for customers.
Design, maintain, and improve onboarding resources and customer education content.

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in customer onboarding, education, or success.
Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Technical aptitude with GIS, remote sensing, or geospatial data platforms.
