  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers, focusing on outbound prospecting to build a high-quality pipeline.

  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle from discovery and decomposition to designing, building, and deploying bespoke solutions.
  • Design and develop robust, full-stack software, including front-end, back-end, data integration, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their operational challenges and translate them into clear technical requirements.

  • Develop strategic relationships, drive revenue, and build a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs, explore use cases, and co-create solutions that align technical capabilities with policy objectives and operational requirements.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, navigating complex procurement environments and multi-year public sector programs.
